Large double room to yourself in a newly decorated and furnished apartment. I bought the place and moved in a couple of years ago, so we did everything to a nice high spec and keep it well maintained. It's in a great location right at the entrance to Queens Park and right next to the heart of Shawlands.

I often work from home and have lots of space to work from around the apartment, but the room itself has a desk to work from if you need it as well. Things are pretty chilled during the week and then I'm usually out and about on the weekends, so pretty open when it comes to your lifestyle.
I'm flexible on the duration, if you need 6 months or 9 months etc then no problem, we can find something that works.
