The Flat:
Located on the first floor with secure entry and access to a shared rear garden. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed , and a brand new mattress, just bring your suitcase and move straight in.

Free on-street parking is available downstairs. Directly across the road you’ll find a SPAR, pharmacy, and other local shops. I usually head to Partick for bubble tea and pick up groceries at Morrisons – everything is convenient!

About You:
Clean, non-smoker, no drugs – these are basic requirements. I have a lovely 12-year-old French Bulldog, so you must be a dog lover. Minimum stay is 6 months, with preference for long-term tenants. Female only (ideally aged 25–45). No pets. Household chores will be shared.

About Me:
Work from home most of the time. I enjoy cooking and having a quiet night at home. I’m known as a great live-in landlord and travel-friendly flatmate, and I hope to find someone who will treat this home as their own.
