Hello, I’m moving out, so we’re looking for someone lovely to take my room in our bright, spacious flat just off Victoria Road.
You’ll be sharing with down-to-earth, queer-friendly housemates who value a chilled, respectful and welcoming home. The flat is fully furnished, with a cozy living room that looks out onto Victoria Road. However, the room is only partially furnished, with a bed, mattress and bookcase.
We’re just a short walk from cafés, shops, and the gorgeous Queen’s Park, so it’s ideal if you love green spaces and good coffee.
The room is available from the 15th of May, however I can be flexible with dates. Rent is £462.5 per month + £58.50 council tax + bills.
