My flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to move in on a short-term let (5–6 months maximum).

The flat is fully furnished and the room available is a double bedroom with your own private bathroom. There’s a shared living area and kitchen, both well-kept and comfortable.
Parking is available if you own a car. If not, the nearest train station is a 10–15 minute walk away, with only a 5-minute train journey into Glasgow city centre.

The flat also includes a free professional cleaner once a month.

I’m looking for someone laid-back, easy to get along with, and respectful of the space. This is a quiet home, so no parties or smoking indoors, please. Ideally, someone who will treat the flat like their own and help keep it in good condition.
