Hi! I'm David I'm a live-in-landlord, me and my flatmate are looking for a chill, friendly person to join our flat. We're students at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, we study music 😱 (no need to study there too!) and we're social but easy-going. The flat's in Finnieston, a great spot near Kelvingrove Park, just 10 minutes' walk to Glasgow Uni, with a room overlooking the shared garden/parking. Bills aren't included but should be affordable. The room has a small double bed, and we're in the process of furnishing it with a wardrobe and desk too.
