Hi, I'm Matt
I'm looking for a flatmate from 1st May. The move in date can be flexible.
About the flat
The flat is located in up and coming area of Cessnock/Kinning Park, 1 min walking distance from Cessnock subway station. It's a perfect location to reach west end or city centre within 10 minutes commute. The area offers a wide range of local amenities - greengrocers, takeaways, coffee shops etc. Bellahuston park is 10 min walking distance.
The flat is very spacious with lots of storage space. Shared kitchen and living room are perfect to invite friends or work from home.
About me
I'm a 27yo professional. I tend to work from home 1-2 days a week and the rest from the office. I like architecture, art, nights out and socialising with friends. Ideally looking for a likeminded person who will enjoy the historical vibe of the flat and neighbourhood.
The rent is £530 and with bills comes to £680 a month.
The breakdown of bills includes:
wifi £15
Council tax £80
Electric and Gas £55
The room comes furnished, freshly re-decorated with brand new double glazing
Deposit of £500 will be required
I'm planning to lay new laminate flooring in the second bedroom within next few months (Possibly a long weekend job). This inconvenience will be reflected in reduced rent for that month.
