Studio at foundry courtyard with bathroom and full kitchenette for students only. I need someone to take over my lease as I’m an international student but I’ve withdrawn from my program and have to leave the country. The lease is paid for in installments and is covered until May 1st so you’d basically get a month of free rent if you move in this month. The last installment is £4,080 for May till August and includes all utilities and wifi.
