The house is currently occupied by two ladies and myself and we all live very quiet lifestyles.
The double bedroom has it's: own reclining chair, TV, Sky sports package, ensuite shower room, desk and chair, and storage space.
The dining kitchen on the ground floor, which is shared, contains all white goods except the tumble dryer, it is in the garage next to the house. The garage also has an exercise bike and some free weights in it.
The bus stop for Paisley is 200 yards from the house, and there is a frequent bus service to and from Paisley. The train station is a 10 min walk with 2 (sometimes 3) trains an hour to Glasgow Central. The express train takes 12 mins from Barrhead to Glasgow Central.
The M77 is a 10 min drive from the house (quicker outside of rush hour). Outside of the rush hour the city centre can be reached in around 20 minutes by car.
There is parking at the front of the house and private parking at the rear of the house. There is a patio and deck at the back of the house and a seating area at the front of the house.
The rent covers all bills.
