A fully furnished, large double bedroom in a lovely West End flat on Byres Road, just across from Tesco and within close proximity to cafes and shops, Uni, Botanical Gardens/Kelvingrove and the Subway!

I am moving to Edinburgh for work and so sadly have to give up my room and so am looking for a replacement!

The flat has an ideal location and is very cute and cosy with lovely furniture as the owner used to live here! Kitchen is fully equipped and living room comes with a TV. The bedroom itself is spacious, quiet and bright and has a nice garden view. A good size mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table/small chest of drawers and a vanity desk all come with the room.

There is one other bedroom in the flat and the current flatmate is an art postgrad student. As she is hoping to do a PhD, she would ideally be looking for another student - young professionals will be considered but would need to bear in mind the fact that she is a student for council tax purposes!

The current flatmate is tidy and respectful of the space/others, and would be looking for someone similar who she can get on with that is chill to live with. She is also vegetarian and grew up in a vegetarian household so vegetarians/vegans would really be preferred.
