Our current flatmate Lukeis moving out on July 12th and we're looking for someone to take his place.

The room has built in storage and comes fully furnished. There is a living room and balcony which is great in summer, a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and a new hob/oven and a modern bathroom.

The flat is in an old fire station that was turned into flats in the 1970s, it has a lovely community feel and the balcony’s all face inwards to a central fountain. The flat is in Kelvinside with a 5 minute walk to the Botanical Gardens and a 10 minute walk to Byres Road and Hillhead Subway. It’s a lovey green area, right by the River Kelvin leading to Kelvingrove Park.

About us, I'm Ed, 30, gay, and currently studying an MSc in Art Psychotherapy in Edinburgh and work part time as a supervisor in a restaurant. Axl is 27 and studying Fine Art Photography full time at GSA.

Flat interests include photography, music, painting, running and socialising. Looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy, and LGBTQ friendly is essential!

We are Band E council tax which comes to about £55 a month with the 25% student discount, students are more than welcome but but must be ok with splitting the remaining council tax equally. Gas and electricity comes to about £30 a month and internet £17 a month.
