I am a student in Glasgow Caledonian University on an Audio Technology course and I am looking for a tidy, not loud and responsible roommate, my previous roommate moved out so THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY!
The room is located on the second floor; kitchen, bathroom and living space will be shared.
2 minutes from a bus stop (route 75) which goes to the city centre in 15-20 minutes.
Grocery - 15 minutes walk.
Lidl - 30 minute walk.
The internet fee would be 14 gbp per person. (the price will most likely change as I'm currently changing providers)
The bills would depend but mostly it's between 40-80 gbp per month (per person)
