Glasgow Film Theatre is nearby and Sauchiehall Street is easily accessible featuring post offices, supermarkets, newsagents, libraries, cafes, restaurants, banks, barbers/hairdressers etc.

I can continue to manage the bills for heating (EPC B), electricity (EDF), internet (1Gbps Hyperoptic) and council tax (Band F), all receipts are shared within the WhatsApp chat.

My current tenant is actively looking for a new home. His notice ends 25/03/26 however earlier move in dates could be considered.
