Hi, Looking for someone to take over my room in Finnieston / Anderston ASAP, paying rent from May. It's located on Kent Road, near the Mitchell Library and Maverick Pub. The Room itself is very large so it's incredibly comfortable to live in. It's a 20 minute walk from both GSA and Glasgow Uni so ideal for students, although everyone is welcome. Flatmates are friendly and clean, very artsy flat so there is a lot of posters / artwork around! Smoking ok although flatmates are happy to adjust to any preferences. Currently occupied by 2 males and 1 female ages 20-22, 2 of which are students at Glasgow School of Art, 1 of which is at Glasgow Uni. No living room but the Kitchen has a communal space and the room is large. No Pets allowed. Council Tax £184 a month if applicable.
