An en-suite room is available on the 4th floor of Clifton and Stewart House located in G3 near Kelvingrove Park. I am the current lease holder of this flat and I'm looking to transfer my lease over to anyone interested. All amenities are included (electric, water, internet, etc.), and the accommodation comes equipped with a cinema room, gym, common spaces, and study rooms that are free for use.

The lease transfer will be done through the Clifton staff members.
