The flat is a 5-minute walk from the University of Glasgow and located 1 minute away from Great Western Road. The closest subway stop is Kelvinbridge which is a 10-minute walk.

The flat is on the third floor, extremely spacious, and very well maintained. All bedrooms are also roomy, well lit with big windows, hardwood floors and high ceilings.

The kitchen has enough room for 3 people to cook at the same time, with a dining table in a small alcove. There is also a tumble dryer.

The living room is also charming, with dual-aspect windows and another dining table. This room gets lots of natural light and is perfect to read/socialise in.

There are two bathrooms, both with shower facilities.

I am ideally looking for PhD students or older/mature students/professionals to share this flat with, occasionally cook together and catch some films. I’m also looking for people who balance enjoyment for their own space while being keen to socialise outside of the flat.

I’m doing my PhD so mostly busy, and often out of the flat. I enjoy going to the independent cinema, sharing hours meals and hosting dinner parties, also also enjoy trips to the pub.

Rent is £550 per room, with bills usually coming to around £60 per month.

Move-in date from the 1st of July 2024 onwards.
