Currently moving out of student accommodation as I am returning back to London. I need a student to take over my lease from the 1st/10th May til the 30th August. The property is currently sold out of accessible rooms on the website. The rent is £135 per week for an accessible room (room is much bigger than regular ensuite currently listed on the website for £189). Room will be fully cleaned before move in. Room has an accessible ensuite, large shower, electric heating, under-bed storage, desk, drawers, wardrobe, chair, shelves, small double-bed (can fit 2 persons).

No council tax as it is student accommodation!

Looking to transfer lease ASAP. If any questions feel free to contact me.
