Hiya! a group of us are keeping our tenancy from the last year but a few spaces have opened up for the house june 1st. We are looking for one person for the top floor and 5 people for the bottom. There is a mix of strathclyde and glasgow uni students and we're all moving into 4th year. This house is in a great location; it’s beside kelvingrove park and a 5 minute walk to Glasgow city centre. It is central to Glasgow university and walking distance from Strathclyde university, Glasgow colleges & Glasgow Caledonian. 5 rooms still available on the bottom floor. It’s sharing with 10 other people in a flat with 2 floors, 5 on each floor. In total their is 5 bathrooms in the house, 2 large communal areas (kitchens). On the bottom floor their is 3 bathrooms, 2 bathrooms that have showers and baths in them & the other bathroom is just a toliet. On the top floor their is 2 bathrooms, with 1 bathroom that has a shower and a bath and 1 bathroom with a toliet. 1 kitchen is on each floor. I talk about floors but the 2 floors are only separated by fire extinguisher door. Open to both male and female flat mates. Bills are estimated to be £25-30 a month roughly. (£550 deposit required).
