Hi everyone !

I am moving out of my flat on the 28 of July and I am looking for someone to replace me starting from this date !

The bedroom in question is a good size with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest drawer, and 2 night tables. You will have your own private bathroom with a private toilet inside, a sink and bath than can also be used as a shower and a towel warmer.

The common areas are very spacious, and the living room gets lot of natural light inside. The living room is very well furbished: 2 sofas, 2 low tables, 3 small tables, a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is also very well equipped: oven, microwave, toaster, baking tools, cutlery… There also 2 stocking room in the corridor.

You would live in this flat with Rodrigo who moved from Mexico to Glasgow 4 years ago and study creative writing journalism in Strathclyde University.

The flat is located in the city centre, right next to the central station and 10 minutes away by walk from George square. There are lot of shops around the flat (tesco, co-op, lidl, poundland, sainsbury’s…)

The rent per person is £447,50 a month without bills included.
