Lidl/Home Bargains/B&M - walk 10min/car 3min
Other shops like Tesco, Waitrose, Aldi just another 5min drive away.

The House:
Recently renovated upper floor cottage, has a wee shed, off street parking and a garden.

Bathroom:
Will be shared, shower, toilet and sink, heated towel hanger. Mirror with socket and built in Bluetooth speakers (I know, right?!)

Living room:
Currently has two chairs and a table, a 3 seat sofa bed and a single sofa with a foot rest and wee coffee table. A TV stand with a vinyl player, ps3 and stereo + a book shelf with books and games and films.

Kitchen:
Spacious and a lot of storage, separated washing machine. Oven, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, kettle, sandwich maker, fondue pot, fridge/freezer, food processor and a washing machine, iron+board. Still potential to add more utensils here and there, however the essential stuff is available.

About you:
I am looking for a responsible person, who will play their part in it. Who likes to get well along with their flatmate in and outside of the house, respects down time. Preferably sharing any similar interests like creative industries, outdoor activities, etc.

About me:
Working in the manufacturing industry currently 4 on 4 off (night and day shift) but hopefully by the end of the summer back to a 9-5 job. Originally from Switzerland, moved over here to pursue my film career. Love to spend my time filming, editing, writing and reading but also the outdoors to refresh my mind and perspective.
