The flat is in Finnieston halfway between the west end and city centre, nearby to a number of bars and restaurants on Argyle Street. It’s a 15 minute walk to the city centre, 20 minutes to Byers Road and 5 minutes to Kelvingrove Park.

I’m currently working Monday to Friday in Glasgow city centre, usually 2 days from home and 3 in the office. I’m a clean, respectful social flatmate.

Rent is £550, with bills around £150 (including Council Tax)

I’m ideally looking for fellow professionals to share with, but would accept students if they’re willing to pay half of the council tax less the 25% discount rate they receive (reducing bills to £105)
