Both the flatmates are very lovely, we all sort of keep to ourselves but talk in passing and I've never had a problem with either of them, they're chill guys.

The building is quite nice, the flat is on the 2nd floor & has really good natural light with great windows that open fully.
(It's got great ventilation)

There is a washing machine & a tumble dryer in the flat
We have a large living room/common area that isn't used much at the moment, but has two couches, some shelves, a dining table with chairs, big windows and a lot of floor space (much potential, I hadn't gotten round to making it more homely yet lol)
There's a storeroom in the corridor outside, for any flatmates use.

I am the current flatmate, leaving by the end of October and need someone who can move in for about the 1st of November (or earlier) - I can potentially pay the bills and rent for the first week or two of November if you're looking for a later move in.

It's a very safe area and I've never had any trouble here, walking around late at night & between 1am to 5am I have never had a problem, not like in city centre where the streets can be crowded / rowdy at night.

I've only been here a couple months and it's a really great place, I wasn't planning on moving out anytime soon but my sister's current flatmate is going back to England & she needs someone to move in by the end of October, so I'll be leaving by about then, as soon as I can find a replacement for my room here !
