It is located a short walk from Glasgow Caledonian University, City of Glasgow College and University of Strathclyde, and a short walk to Buchanan Bus station and Buchanan Subway Station making it also a short commute to the University of Glasgow.

All bills are included in the rent along with other amenities within the building including an onsite gym and cinema room. The flat includes a shared joint kitchen and living room with six other mixed gender flatmates. This tenancy is limited to students only.
