Spacious Double Ensuite Room in Modern Flat – Haggerston (Close to Canal, and Hoxton and Haggerston stations)
Hello! I’m Piotr (31, he/him, gay) and I’m looking for someone to take the second room in a modern 2-bed flat in Haggerston, just a 6–8 minute walk from Hoxton and Haggerston stations.
Available from: 15th May (ideally late May but flexible)
THE FLAT
The flat is a modern new-build and feels more like a small house thanks to its separate private entrance and front garden. It’s located just a stone’s throw from Regent’s Canal, and within easy walking distance of Dalston, London Fields, Shoreditch, Bethnal Green, and Hoxton—so you’ll have plenty of cafés, parks, and nightlife nearby.
- 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat
- You’ll have a private ensuite (with a bath)
- Ground floor with separate entrance and a small front garden
- Spacious and well-maintained throughout
The room is a spacious double ensuite and comes partially furnished with a bed and a built-in wardrobe. You'll also have your own separate storage closet.
Bills are not included and usually come to £250-£300 per month per person. This covers council tax, utilities, internet, and a regular cleaner. Council tax band E.
ABOUT ME
I’m originally from Poland and have been living in the UK for 11 years (London, Brighton, Southampton). I work in tech and currently split my time between home and the office (2–3 days in).
I’m sociable and enjoy the occasional film night or chat, but I also value my own routine and personal space.
My interests include volleyball, swimming (London Fields Lido is about a 20-minute walk away), travelling, board games, video games, films, and going to queer raves (I usually go out sober and always keep things quiet when coming back).
ABOUT YOU
I’m looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and respectful, and who wants to make the flat feel like a home rather than just a place to stay.
LGBTQ+ friendly is a must. Being queer is a big plus, but not required. Ideally, you’re working hybrid or office-based rather than fully remote, as the flat works best when it’s not occupied all day.
If this sounds like a good fit, drop me a message with:
- Your ideal move-in date
- A bit about yourself (work, interests, lifestyle)
- What you’re looking for in a flatmate and home
Looking forward to hearing from you!
