Hey all,

I am subletting my room for a few months whilst I work away on an internship.

The property is located in E1 1RY and is no more than a 10 minute walk to Aldgate East, Whitechapel, Tower Hill and Shadwell (for Bank station). Brick Lane and Shoreditch are really close too!

The room comes furnished with a new double bed, wardrobe set (large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets) as well as a desk, chair and a large (smart) TV.

Major supermarkets are within a 10 minute walk radius - Tesco, Sainsbury's, Iceland and small independent grocery stores are close to the flat. Also high street banks as well as pharmacies and launderette should you need, are in a walking distance.

Current flatmates - between the ages of 22-26 - are young students doing an MA and PhDs. Happy to do a short term let and then rolling thereafter.

Happy to do viewings. Hopefully it will be a place you can call "home".
