I’m going into my final year at university and looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate who enjoys a calm, clean home. When I’m not at uni or working, I’m usually at the gym, playing volleyball, cooking, or watching Netflix. I’m mostly a stay‑in person during the week but love brunches, long walks in nice weather, and the occasional night out.

The apartment is a luxury 2‑bed, 2‑bath in the award‑winning London Dock development. You’ll have your own bathroom, a spacious open‑plan living area, and a huge private balcony. The building includes a 24/7 concierge, residents’ gym, spa, indoor pool, squash courts, virtual golf, screening room, and landscaped communal gardens. Moments from the City, Canary Wharf and St Katharine Docks.

Council tax isn’t payable if you’re a student. I cover electricity, water, and heating; you only contribute to the WiFi, which is £20 per month. I also like getting weekly flowers so we can split that :D
