I’m looking for a female tenant to take over my lovely, spacious double room.
I’ve happily lived here for over a year, including renewing my contract, and have genuinely enjoyed my time in this home. As I’m now moving out, I’m hoping to find someone who will enjoy living here as much as I have. The room will be available from 29th July.
The flat is conveniently located, just a 5–10 minute walk from Old Street Station and 10–15 minutes from Angel Station. There are plenty of bus routes nearby, making it easy to get around London. Everything you need is within walking distance, including supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, shopping centres and a beautiful park, making everyday life really convenient.
The room is bright, spacious and fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers, with plenty of storage space.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the landlord, who is friendly, considerate and keeps the house clean and tidy. The flat has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, so it would suit someone who is respectful, tidy and looking for a comfortable place to call home.
If you’re interested, please contact the landlord directly to arrange a viewing.
Please feel free to get in touch by text.
The landlord is flexible with viewing times and will be happy to arrange a viewing.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
