Hi all 🙂‚ I'm letting two double bedrooms in our lovely and bright 2-floor flat 9 min walk from London Bridge and 7 min from Borough Station.

Rooms fully furnished with wardrobe, desk and bed.
One room practically has its own toilet which is right next to the room. It doesn’t have a shower, but there are two other bathrooms with tub/shower.

There is a large common lounge with TV and a large kitchen (which we don't use much, tbh).

Room faces South, so there is a lot of sunlight during all day, and a nice view of Tabard Gardens which are right in the back of the building.

I'm a filmmaker working between London and NYC as director and DOP.

We're looking for someone who is calm, tidy, and responsible. We are a meat-free house so we are looking for vegetarians/vegans, or someone who doesn't mind this arrangement.

The flat is on the third floor and there is no elevator (not wheelchair accessible, unfortunately).
