Always wanted to live next to Haggerston Park in a beautiful light-filled apartment with your OWN private bathroom? Then this is for you! I'm looking for a new flatmate to share this modern and warm flat which is filled with plants and styled beautifully. It is spacious, calm and both bedrooms are also perfect to work from home.

I've lived here for the past two years with my current flatmate and we have made it a lovely and social place to live in. She's moving abroad, so I'm keen to find the right person since it will be the two of us.

The large bedroom has plenty of room for a big wardrobe, desk and a double bed. You will have your own bathroom with a shower over bath.

Then a bit about me - I am 31, Dutch, and have been in London now for over 6 years. I work in marketing for a FMCG in the city, going to the office 2-3/week. Love cooking so you'll often find me trying something new in the open-plan kitchen/dinner/living area (luckily there is a dishwasher). I'm looking for someone 27-35 who also wants to make the flat a friendly space to live in where we occasionally have dinner together, have a drink/watch a serie at the end of the day, and just hang out and chill on weekends. Then the usual, keeping the place clean and tidy, and big plus if you don't mind sharing food and household essentials. I have a good balance between going out and staying in so ideally you'll have the same so we can have the flat to ourselves from time to time to relax and chill.

For connectivity into the city you'll have no worries. Hoxton and Haggerston Overground are 10 min away and there are several bus-stops in the area. The area itself is amazing and you'll have everything around - pubs, convenience stores, cafe's, parks, you name it. Broadway Market is also around 10 min. walk away.

The rent is split equally. One months rent is £1350 excluding bills. Room is available from 24 March. It comes unfurnished but there is a possibility to take over all the furniture from my current flatmate for £400.
