The flat is in an excellent spot, about a 5-minute walk from London Bridge station, 2 minutes from supermarkets, with a park right outside. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, and a weekly cleaner maintains all communal areas (kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and stairs).

The bedroom itself is bright, spacious, and gets plenty of natural light, with an open view from the window.

The current housemates are 3 working girls who are friendly, respectful, and keep shared spaces tidy.

The property is managed by an agent, and the replacement tenant would sign directly with them.
