I’m moving out in May and looking for someone to take my room. The contract ends in October so it would be a sublet but after October there will definitely be the opportunity to sign on for a new contract.

The location is excellent, right next to a park, 2 min walk to a Texaco, 8min walk to Sainsbury’s, located near Aldgate East where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars.

I’ve been living in this flat since October 2024 and have found it very comfortable, the flat lets in a lot of light and the view is some nice greenery of the park.
Our Landlord is super sound and has been a pleasure to deal with.

At the moment there are 2 other guys in the flat.
Glenn works in Aldgate, he also works from home 2/3 days a week, clean and respectfully, loves a good film as he has perused an acting career previously.

Josh works as a chef at a pretty cool tasting menu restaurant in Bank. He has always been a pleasure to live with, very tidy and loves to cook so he’ll whip you up a dish better than your mothers cooking 😅

We’re looking for someone sociable and respectful, we’ve managed to keep a very homely feel in the flat and would love for the person who replaces me to bring the same attitude

Bills are not included but we’ve been paying a fixed rate of 73.60 for the last while
