We are looking for a flatmate in our newly refurbished appartment in E1 London! Only 5 minutes from Shadwell station and 8 minutes from Limehouse. There is a puregym 8mins away and plenty of groceries/convenience stores less than 3 mins away. We also have couple of Santander bicycles docking stations just around the corner. The flat is located in the 13th floor, lots of natural light and great views to the city and Canary Wharf. The pictures were taken by the landlord with the furniture he provided, but we have been buying all the extra necessary stuff since we moved in 2 weeks ago, so right now everything is ready for you to move. Rent is 950£+bills (100£ expected including internet, electricity, water and council tax which is band c) per month
Regarding us, we are two friends Raj (male, 32) and Ines (female, 29). Raj works as data scientist, hybrid work, and Ines as a developer, mainly from the office. We are also entrepreneurs so in general quite busy during the week but we always like to share dinner or just a conversation to talk about the day. In our free time we both enjoy doing outdoor plans, meeting friends, travelling, learning about tech, dancing (salsa, reggaeton), Raj is quite into sports, especially football, cricket and F1, whereas Ines enjoys more cultural activities like museums, art galleries and music concerts. Despite having our own life each of us, we do share moments and would like the person joining to be not only looking for a place to sleep but a home and hopefully two new friends!
