This room is small - so ideal for people who might just be looking for a base while they search for a permanent home. Or someone who regularly visits London for short periods of time. Short lets of 1-2 weeks preferred.

Access to shared living room, kitchen, bathroom. The kitchen has a small fridge & no dishwasher but otherwise stocked with all kitchenware etc which you’d be welcome to use.

The flat is on a quiet street in Shoreditch but it *is* an old building with single pane windows - you can hear some of the trains on the tracks a couple of streets away etc + a bit of the neighbours/shops on the ground floor from time to time. Otherwise it’s very quiet for Shoreditch.

I’m a 33yo woman who’s frequently in the office & away on trips.
