So we’re looking for someone to jump into our sociable abode!!

We are next to Hackney City Farm, and under a 5mins walk to Broadway Market, London Fields, Regent's canal and we have Victoria Park 10mins away. Locally we have loads of street food markets, restaurants, coffee shops and pubs within a short walk as well as yoga studios & gyms. Bethnal Green is the closest tube and Old Street is 10 mins on a bus.

It’s surprisingly quiet for where it is and is well lit all day from natural light(WFH), the apartment is a maisonette over two floors and a lot bigger than the photos look with lots of storage. There's a communal lawn which is really big and nice to sit out on. The bedrooms all come with a double bed, we have a well sized kitchen & living room(separate). There’s also 2 toilets/bathrooms as well as coat cupboards and storage units in both hallways.

Most important part … Us – House Mates!!

We’re easy going flat & have lived in flatshare before so are house trained and keep things nice & relatively tidy. We’re young professionals, moved to London 12 to 36 months ago & originally from Bournemouth & Midlands!!

We enjoy spending time as house mates, normally during the week it’s cooking on the evenings (ping something in the over😅), having a catch up with a beer and Netflix binging. We’re into creative arts (design, art, film, music - we don’t play any instruments but hopefully you do), so atm weekends are spent rediscovering bars but also exploring art galleries/music events or London’s markets/pubs & comedy bars.

It’s an active flat with dance classes, marathon training, kicking ball & recently bouldering (been twice since April 😅). But most importantly tho we respect down time & people’s privacy.

On the weekends I enjoy social drinks while trying out different food joints, visiting & having an eye out on for pop up exhibitions 🖼 or just hanging out discovering music venues around London

Ideally looking for chilled/considerate professionals that don’t act like strangers, a little bit quirky & enjoy being sociable🍻. It would be nice to add a women to our home.
