Looking for someone to take over my lease in an amazing house in the heart of shoreditch. I've been living here for a year but am moving out due to buying a place.

Flatmate is a 21 year-old female corporate apprentice - her room is on the top floor with the living/kitchen area separating so you get your own privacy.

She's chatty and social so would love to have a housemate of similar age/interests to her. Would be great to get short statement of personal interests from anyone applying and she can have a cuppa with you to chat about the move and give you a house tour.

Date available - looking for a mid-october move-in, but can be flexible (please specify this when replying to ad)
Room size - large double room with space for desk, sofa and plenty of storage
Bathroom - private en-suite (just toilet) with shared shower and second bathroom on the top floor
Furnishing - room will be fully unfurnished but living area is furnished with sofa and dining table
Rent - £1375 a month with a £1587 deposit (already paid but needs to be refunded to me), bills are approx. £170 a month for water, council tax, electricity and wifi
Public transport - brilliant connections, 5 mins walk to shoreditch high st station, 15 min walk to bethnal green underground, plenty of buses on the doorstep
