The flat has a shared living-room/dining space also with views over the city, a kitchen, and a separate toilet & shower. There is storage space on large shelves outside of the room and a cupboard in the living room.

Cost:
Rent will be £865pcm. Bills are ~£80pcm, which includes WiFi, Council Tax, water and Gas&Electricity.

Close-by:
The flat is just around the corner from Bethnal Green overground & 5-10mins from Bethnal Green underground and Whitechapel station.

It is also 5-10mins from the large sainsburys in Whitechapel and the large Tesco on Bethnal Green road. 2 green parks are also 5-10 mins away with basketball & tennis courts, with Mile End Park also being a 15 minute cycle and Victoria Park a 20 min cycle.

Flatmates:
There are currently 1 male and 1 female with 2 rooms going (this ad is only for 1).

We all very much live quite independently, but occasionally chat in communal spaces. The general vibe is chill and low pressure.
