Hi! If you're studying at the University of Strathclyde or Glasgow Caledonian University or even the University of Glasgow and haven't found a place yet, this place is perfect for you! I am planning to move out after the 21st and want someone to take over my contract.

The rooms are clean, the kitchen is spacious and you get your own bathroom. There is a living area for you to hang out with your friends, a smoking area, a parking area as well as a community area. Most importantly it is a safe place to stay where all the amenities are provided including wifi, a study desk, bedside table with drawer, wardrobe, and lots of storage space along with a microwave, an oven, kettle, fridge, and induction!

There is security 24/7 and the maintenance team is here to fix any issues you may have in the flat. The flatmates are very nice and belong to various countries like Italy, Jordan and India so you'll have mates from various parts of the world to socialise with :)
