Hey my names Louis and my flatmate is Joe we are looking for a 3rd flatmate.

The flat has two floors; with an upper living room on a mezzanine and a lower room that currently is fairly unused but aiming to change that. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 fridges and 2 freezers. The bedroom on offer is downstairs and has been redecorated fairly recently however will come unfurnished. You would only share a bathroom with one other person as I have an en suite.

The entrance to the flat complex has a barrier to drive through and parking.

We are both two friendly outgoing people who value their own space. While we like to keep the flat tidy we also enjoy occasional late nights and having friends over - in particular on our balcony which is a lovely view.

Both of us work and are students so we do live quite busy lives but enjoy the company of each other and do hangout when we can.

The deposit for the flat is £386.66 which would be payable when moving in and the rent is 386.66 we have just received our council tax exemption and an electricity discount so the total is just under £500 a month
