The flat has five rooms, and the other flatmates are friendly and chill. All flatmates are postgraduates! Rent is paid through instalments with the university payment plan, at £161.49 a week. The flat comes furnished and is located in a very convenient area (G3). It is 10 minute walk from the nearest Subway station (Kelvin Hall) and a few minutes' walk from three major bus lines. It is about a 10-15 minute walk away from the University, through Kelvingrove Park. 10 minutes from Lidl, with a Sainsbury's on the street.

The lease runs until September 4th. Move in ASAP, preferably!
