I'm travelling for a month and would like to sublet my room during that time.

The property is a 2 bed 2 bath with a separated living room and kitchen. The room being rented is a double room with an ensuite. The bathroom is a full 3 piece with a shower.

The property is fully furnished and is 5 mins walk away from Exhibition centre station.

You will share the flat with my flatmate who is very friendly, clean and easy going.

The total rent with council tax, bills and WiFi come to about £700.
