Hi! I’m looking for a third flatmate to replace myself after I move away.

The flat is warm, spacious and a ten minute walk from city centre, Buchanan bus station , queen street train station and both Strath and Caledonian universities. The two flatmates (both female) are great company, tidy and friendly. Female 1 is a graduate (22) and female 2 (23) is currently a student at Strathclyde university.

The room is smaller than the others, though is compensated by a large personal use storage cupboard which can be used as a walk in wardrobe (as seen in the photos).

Looking for a recent graduate or a professional of a similar age. The council tax is Band B.
