Flatmate is leaving for university and looking for someone to live with! Ideal for student as its located on Great Western Road close to GU.

Ideally looking for someone in postgrad or close to same age.
Into outdoorsy things, always going on adventures, would be fun if someone shared the similar interests.

Im currently attending GCU for physio and am from Canada. I'm into going to gigs and hanging out, but also looking for the flat to feel cozy and comfortable. I equally enjoy hanging out and watching tv, playing board games etc.
Also looking for someone who wants to keep the place relatively tidy.

Fully furnished, full living room large kitchen, shared bathroom and does not have parking.

Happy to provide pictures of the flat upon request, I am just currently out of the country and did not do so before I left.

Note: I am currently of out the country in Canada and won't be back until the end of October, I have a friend in the physio program who is doing a placement in Glasgow subletting from me.

Move in date on or just before Sept 9th.
