I am moving closer towards my University in the city centre (Strathclyde).
Looking for a student, or any tennant to take over my room in my flat on the second floor of Kelvin Court (Glasgow) West End.
The tennancy is set from immediately to the 3rd of January.
The room also has availability to a shared kitchen with your flatmates, as well as a shared common room on the ground floor and private study spaces. The common room contains a TV, PS4, Pool table, Ping Pong table, Vending Machine, and is one room away from the Laundry Room.

The accomodation I am offering is a 5-10 min walk from the University of Glasgow, also within a minute's distance of Kelvingrove Art Museum which hosts "Elfingrove" and is a tourist attravtion. Within walking distance of plenty of local stores and a 15 minute bus ride to the exact centre of the city. There is a private car park available for residents, and recycling bins as well as regular trash pick up points.
I am looking for any flatmate available, no preference.
