About me- I am a 26 year old male professional. I am a very social person but will respect your privacy. I love to keep the flat clean and tidy. I work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. I am generally very chill and would love to hangout/ grab drinks or food and watch movies together!

About the flat- This is a very spacious flat with a large double room and bed in an iconic building in glasgow. Lots of storage space and a proper store room for to keep extra stuff.

The flat is fully furnished with crockery, cutlery and other utensils. There is a big 75 inch tv in the living room and a PS5 as well! The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The building has a very grand Victorian finish with red carpets and fancy ceiling lights.

The location is perfect and just 7-10 mins of walk away from the four corners Argyle Street which is the most central location in Glasgow. There are lots of grocery stores in the vicinity with food Asia store just a minute’s walk away and Tesco just 5 mins away. It is just 5 mins away from the Quay which has tons of restaurants, gyms and other activities to do.

The connectivity is perfect as there is a bus stop right opposite the building flat which connects to pretty much every stop in glasgow.

The bills will be split between us equally - electricity based on usage and council tax. You will be exempted from council tax if you are a student.
