Furnished large double room to rent on Byres Road, just minutes from Glasgow University. The room will be available from the start of June. Sadly my lovely flatmate has bought a place and is moving out! The room contains a king size bed, a chest of drawers, desk, chair , sofa and wardrobes. The room was painted last year and now has new windows and shutters. I speak Spanish, French and English and would love to live with someone who is perhaps keen on a language exchange. The flat is homely, cosy and in an amazing west end location.

Cleanliness is communal spaces is extremely important to us. This is a young professional flat and we have a system where we always leave kitchen/bathroom exactly the same way at all times so it is ideal condition for the next person.

HMU if you want a viewing and we can sort something! Ideally looking for someone who is looking to stay until January 2027. However, open to shorter stays too!
