Hey everyone! My lovely flatmate and I are looking for someone to move into our cozy and peaceful home, as our current flatmate is moving out of the city on the 26th May. :)

A modern 2-storey apartment, with a beautiful east view facing the bustling Byres Road and a west view facing Hillhead Parish Church.

The apartment is located in the heart of Hillhead in West End, and it takes advantage of its proximity to high-end shops, pubs and restaurants and its 2-minute walk to Hillhead Subway Station. The building also has a separate entrance to Waitrose.
The building has a lift and the external front doors are secured by an electronic padlock, eliminating unauthorised access by outsiders.
The apartment's ground floor starts with a hallway, with the living room right through the front door and the kitchen right next to it.
On the upstairs floor, you will find the three bedrooms, with a few cupboards, one of which houses the washing machine and the tumble dryer.
The bathroom/toilet is located on the same floor.
The good thing about the apartment is that it offers people a lot of space for themselves, as you can get some peace upstairs, and have a more social life downstairs in the living room and kitchen.
