I’m looking for someone to take over my Collegelands tenancy.
-It is located in the city centre and is a 5 minute walk from Strathclyde University and around 15 minutes from Glasgow Caledonian University. It is next to a train station and many bus stops making it accessible for University of Glasgow students.
-It is a double, ensuite bedroom with a shared kitchen/living area on the 5th floor. There is also a gym and many study and social spaces within the building.
-Rent is £195 a week which includes bills, wifi etc. Rent is payed on a monthly basis.
