3. Quiet Hours: As this is a quiet residential area, please keep noise to a minimum during late-night hours.
Costs & Bill Management
1. Rent: £650 per month (includes high-speed Broadband WiFi).
2. Deposit: £650 (one month’s rent).
3. Council Tax (Band A): I cover 75%. Students are usually exempt; professionals pay the remaining 25% (approx. £33/month).
4. Shared Utilities: Electricity and gas are shared via a top-up meter (averaging approx. £150 total per month).
