I'm looking for two new roommates for a joint-lease to begin 3 July as former flatmates have graduated and moved out. Preferably fellow students to qualify for council tax exemption.

Oban Drive, 15 minute walk away from the university.

Two rooms at 400 pm each, increasing to 440pm from Aug/Sep.

1 Months deposit. Agency is requesting that each tenants has a guarantor.

Internet included and bills are approx. 50 per person pm.
