Hello! I am moving out of this double room right in the middle of town and am needing someone to take over my tenancy!
The flat is massive and is at the top floor of an apartment building w/ double glazed windows meaning the noise from the street isn’t too bad and is close to loads of shops and amenities.
The flatmates are both students and working professionals and are aged between 23-35, they are lovely and sociable and we often hang out in the sitting room or kitchen area.
Bills are shared between us as is council tax w those that are eligible to pay. Feel free to reach out to me and we can try arrange a viewing!
