Situated on Park rd and Great western Rd. We are looking for a flat mate from June! Currently a flat of girls, who enjoy going out for food, finding new bars in Glasgow and alway up for laugh. We have a shared living space which is really handy to catch up and invite people over for dinner.
Bills are usually about £50 a month on top of rent, including WiFi and gas/electricity.
The flat is about a two min walk from Kelvin Bridge subway and very easy bus links into the city on Great western road. Central for Glasgow uni as well with it being about a 10 min walk to the library.
The room it’s self is quite small but fits a double bed and wardrobe easily.
